ZoomLoan.ca is a scam. Don't do business with them.

We've received reports indicating that ZoomLoan.ca, popular on the Realestatefinance.ning.com site amongst others is a scam. They will try to take your money. They will not provide collateral nor will they agree to reasonable measures to provide assurances that they are not a scam. We have investigated and we are unable to confirm that they have provided any loans. They also use fake names and seem to be using fake people that they have supposedly made loans to in the past. This is the result of one individual. If you know of others, please send them in to us or let me - Jason - know.
