Guru.com - a freelance site, very few (if anyone) has actually won a project here. Guru.com seems to make its money by charging users a fee of up to $100 per quarter.
Modern Marketing Systems - modernmarketingsystems.com - they charge $600 for a website claiming that by their proprietary systems, each site you buy will generate from $3 to $5 a day in Adsense revenue. (If so, why aren't they doing it?) So far, zero sites have made any money -and they hve sold close to 13,000 sites. With their discount plan in place, they still have stolen approximately 3.2 million dollars that customers will never see again.
